(d)An applicant who holds certification from the Board who is applying for an additional certification under 21.812(b) shall submit, in addition to the documentation required under subsections (a) and (b), documentation of the following: (1)Official transcript from the applicants CNS program and any additional educational programs, including degree awarded, demonstrating a concentration in the specialty in which the applicant is seeking certification. (a)The Board may remove a nursing education program from the approved list in accordance with the following procedures if the program fails to meet and maintain minimum standards, including the minimum passing rates on the National licensure examination, as established by this subchapter.
